The commitment to efficiency and diversification has become a reality
ACCIONA Real Estate’s strategy is concentrated on the residential sector, mainly first homes but also coastal homes and management of rental properties particularly offices. It also places importance on diversification into other business areas such as the hotel industry, university housing, and leisure and shopping centres.
The basis of the division’s property holdings is the development and management of more than 100,000 m2 of office space in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. Further, ACCIONA Real Estate property assets are consolidated with one of the most important portfolios of rental properties in Madrid through its ownership of 50% of Inosa-Urbanizadora El Coto. ACCIONA Real Estate also manages university apartments under a government concession for operations, and has created its own brand for such operations: Campus.
ACCIONA Real Estate’s growth in recent years has seen it contribute significantly to the hotel sector, as well as enter the subsector of shopping and leisure centres.
ACCIONA Real Estate’s strategy also takes into account geographic diversification, increasingly consolidating its presence in countries such as Poland, Mexico, Brazil and Portugal, Its future investments will be destined to projects that consolidate this international expansion and that develop new areas of activity – especially in general property holdings.
