R&D Projects

The ACCIONA Real Estate R&D department is currently working on a number of projects at a national and international level. Priority areas of research include: energy efficiency, water consumption efficiency, use of renewable energies, reduction of CO2 emissions, use of non-contaminating materials, the implementation of information and communication technologies and an increase in comfort and quality, in order that these technologies may be appreciated by the end customer as a competitive advantage.
