Suppliers
ACCIONA Real Estate requires its suppliers to adhere to the principles laid out in the Global Compact Initiative and the Law of Equality
ACCIONA Real Estate applies control and monitoring mechanisms to all its property developments with respect to the supply chain in order to ensure that the product the customer receives meets the established requirements.
Thus we have introduced a procedure for the identification, classification and evaluation of suppliers. This procedure assesses suppliers according to the following criteria: objectives for delivery, quality, compliance with administrative obligations, compliance with regulations, sustainability criteria, social corporate responsibility and innovation, among others.
Thus, ACCIONA Real Estate requires its national and international suppliers to comply with the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact Initiative. Further, our contracts with suppliers contain the clause stating that they must fulfil the requirements of the Law on Equality.
ACCIONA Real Estate regularly carries out audits of the supply chain to ensure compliance with quality, objectives, deadlines and regulations.
